chapped lips and cardboard cups

I'm lost in the details.
The little freckle on her jawline. Her long ring finger, the nails painted red, chipping away at the edges. From peeling, picking or organic wear and tear, of this I am not sure. Her lips, glossy full and pink, now cracked. Dry and disappearing into her face.
